Today I’ve realized that I’ve opened my blog exactly one year ago with a hesitant post on a little watercolour painting I’ve done during my summer holidays.
This is my latest work that, for me, embodies some of the June colors.
Dear friends, this is my latest artwork. It grows out of my desire to represent the human figure – something I put aside in recent years.
Today finally a bit of autumn has arrived. It was raining outside, and I’ve spent my morning sketching and drawing. The land outside was smelling of rain and colors were beautiful.
Today I’ve been in the countryside of Villamassargia in a place called “S’Ortu Mannu”. Here you can find hundreds of secular olive trees that are 6 or 7 hundreds years old having been implanted between 1.300 B.C. and 1.600 B.C. It’s a magical place where I have had the opportunity to admire for another time…
