Artbike è un progetto artistico collettivo fa parte di una ben più ampia manifestazione che si svolgerà dal 16 settembre 2023 a cura dell’associazione no profit 2050to people che ha la mission di diffondere la consapevolezza della sostenibilità ambientale e sociale attraverso l’arte in eventi pubblici di sensibilizzazione.
Il progetto per la città di Cagliari si chiama Ami.CA (Ambiente, Arte, Mobilità e Inclusione a Cagliari). La nostra associazione di artisti CastiaArt – grazie alla direzione artistica dello scultore Andrea Forges Davanzati – partecipa con diverse opere di arte pubblica dislocate principalmente nella passeggiata lungo il porto di Cagliari tra il molo Ichnusa e il Deposito del Sale di Su Siccu.
Tra gli interventi ideati anche ArtBike al quale partecipo con grande piacere insieme agli artisti Alberto Masala, Francesca Sorrentino, Enrica Badas, Cicci Borghi con Aldo Tanchis e Romeo Pinna. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione delle dime da applicare sui raggi delle ruote e su queste abbiamo avuto modo di sfogare la nostra creatività tenendo ben presenti i temi di Ami.Ca.
La mia si chiama Oxygenbike 02. In una dima ho dipinto – divertendomi molto – delle posidonie, tra le quali nuotano dei pesci; in un’altra vari tipi di piante e foreste; in un’altra delle spirali; nell’ultima un’idea di amore e inclusione.
Oxygenbike 02 nasce per riflettere sull’importanza della salvaguardia del mare quale fonte indispensabile per la produzione di ossigeno sulla terra. Nelle due ruote (sono di per sé le due O di ossigeno) ho rappresentato l’aria (ossigeno per vivere), l’inclusione (ossigeno per l’anima), la spirale (che per me è il simbolo dell’inquinamento nel quale siamo immersi a tutti i livelli), il mare (essenziale per la produzione di ossigeno). Colori accesi e tratti essenziali, per indurre ad una riflessione col sorriso sulle labbra.
Adesso non resta che usarle!
L’ appuntamento è Sabato 16 settembre alle 17, sul lungomare Su Siccu dove c’è il molo Ichnusa per la passeggiata ecologica, Vi aspettiamo numerosi a piedi, in bici, con mezzi elettrici per passeggiare sulla pista ciclabile che da Su Siccu, Molo Ichnusa arriva fino al Magazzino del Sale e oltre, per ammirare le opere e incontrarsi.
ArtBike, OxygenBike e AmiCA
Culla d’Inciviltà – Cala Burroni – Villasimius 3 Agosto 2022Artbike is a collective artistic project and is part of a much larger event that will take place from 16 September 2023 by the non-profit association 2050to people which has the mission of spreading awareness of environmental and social sustainability through art in public events.
The project for the city of Cagliari is called Ami.CA (Environment, Art, Mobility and Inclusion in Cagliari). Our association of artists CastiaArt – thanks to the artistic direction of the sculptor Andrea Forges Davanzati – participates with various works of public art located mainly in the promenade along the port of Cagliari between the Ichnusa pier and the Su Siccu Salt Deposit.
Among the artistic projects conceived also ArtBike in which I participate with great pleasure together with the artists Alberto Masala, Francesca Sorrentino, Enrica Badas, Cicci Borghi with Aldo Tanchis and Romeo Pinna. We had templates available to apply to the spokes of the wheels and on these we had the opportunity to vent our creativity, keeping in mind the themes of Ami.Ca.
Mine is called Oxygenbike 02. On a template I painted – having a lot of fun – some seagrass (poseidonia), among which some fish were swimming; in another various types of plants and forests; in another of the spirals; in the last an idea of love and inclusion.
Oxygenbike 02 was created to reflect on the importance of safeguarding the sea as an indispensable source for the production of oxygen on land. In the two wheels (they are in themselves the two O’s of oxygen) I represented the air (oxygen for living), inclusion (oxygen for the soul), the spiral (which for me is the symbol of pollution in which we are immersed at all levels), the sea (essential for the production of oxygen).
Bright colors and essential features, to induce reflection with a smile on the lips. Now all you have to do is use them!
The appointment is Saturday 16 September at 5pm, on the Su Siccu seafront where there is the Ichnusa pier for the ecological walk. We look forward to seeing many of you on foot, by bike, with electric vehicles to walk on the cycle path that from Su Siccu, Ichnusa Pier reaches the Magazzino del Sale and beyond, to admire the works and meet.
